About The Position

As a Franchise Business Coach, you directly impact franchisee performance, profitability, and long-term success. This role goes beyond support as you are a strategic partner, operational expert, and accountability leader guiding franchisees from the time they open through every stage of growth. You’ll combine relationship-driven coaching with data-backed decision-making, helping business owners interpret their numbers, prioritize the right actions, and execute consistently. This is an opportunity to join an emerging brand with a small, agile team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a growth environment, adapts quickly, and takes ownership of results. The ideal candidate is a self-directed professional who can take ownership of their territory, prioritize effectively, and execute with minimal day-to-day oversight. Travel requirement: 40–50% across multiple states.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in franchise consulting, multi-unit leadership, or small business ownership
  • Proven success coaching business owners and driving measurable performance improvement
  • Experience creating SOPs and operational resources
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and passport
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

  • Home services experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to improve revenue and operational efficiency
  • Experience with emerging franchise brands preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly business reviews focused on KPIs, financial performance, and operational execution
  • Perform annual in-field operational evaluations
  • Tailor coaching based on each franchisee’s business maturity and goals
  • Facilitate goal setting and structured action planning
  • Hold franchisees accountable through clear follow-up and measurable progress tracking
  • Coach through staffing, pricing, marketing, leadership, and customer service challenges
  • Support financial literacy and profitability analysis
  • Identify struggling franchisees early and implement structured improvement plans
  • Foster collaboration and best-practice sharing across the system
  • Translate strategic vision into SOPs, playbooks, checklists, and workflows
  • Develop operational tools, job aids, and operational resources
  • Pilot new initiatives, gather feedback, and refine before system-wide rollout
  • Identify system-wide trends and recommend performance improvements
  • Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards
  • Support new franchisees with structured early-stage coaching
  • Deliver training at regional meetings, virtual sessions, and annual events
  • Communicate updates clearly to drive adoption and alignment
  • Serve as liaison between franchisees and corporate teams
