About The Position
This role focuses on helping local businesses grow and expand. The company offers paid training and uncapped residual commissions. First-year Franchise Business Development Sales Representatives can expect to earn an average of $85,000-$100,000, with top performers earning over $100,000. Requirements
- Self-motivated and driven
- Proven sales experience
- Outbound cold calling experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- 2+ years of face-to-face & cold calling experience
Nice To Haves
- Preferable high ticket sales experience with small business
Responsibilities
- Prospect and research new concepts and franchisees
- Cold calling to book initial demos with franchisees of concepts with existing relationships and new concepts
- Conduct and present demos with franchisees to discuss their digital marketing strategies
- Manage their sales pipeline in Salesforce
