This role focuses on building customer relationships by creating memorable framing solutions for their art. The team member will assist customers in shopping the store, ensuring they can find what they need, and maintaining a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment. The position involves adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs, executing personal designer strategies to build customer relationships and deliver custom framing solutions, and meeting sales and production goals. The role also includes maintaining the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, providing friendly customer service, and supporting shrink and safety programs. Team members are expected to interact positively and respectfully with others, uphold company values, and participate in truck un-loading and stocking processes. Operating the cash register and executing cash handling to standards are also key responsibilities, along with assisting with Omni channel processes.
