About The Position

This is a part-time, seasonal role focused on building customer relationships and creating memorable framing solutions. The team member will assist customers in navigating the store, finding products, and ensuring a safe, clean, and well-organized environment. The position involves executing company programs and standards, delivering sales and production results, and maintaining various departments within the store.

Requirements

Basic computer skills.
Basic measuring skills.
Ability to operate framing equipment.
Ability to operate a glass cutter.

Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Company programs for compliance.
Execute company policies and standards.
Build customer relationships and create Custom Framing solutions using Elevated ABC Deliver.
Deliver sales and production results.
Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers with shopping and product location.
Ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
Support shrink and safety programs.
Interact positively and respectfully with others, promoting organizational vision and values.
Participate in truck un-load and stocking processes.
Operate cash register and execute cash handling to standards.
Acknowledge customers, help locate product, and provide solutions.
Assist with Omni channel processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
