The Framing Manager is responsible for leading and coaching a team of framers, focusing on building customer relationships and creating custom framing solutions. This role drives custom framing sales and assists customers in creating memorable framing solutions for their art. The manager supports the Store Manager in ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, compliance with applicable laws, and execution of Company policies and standards. Key responsibilities include developing and coaching team selling behaviors, leading the timely delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions, achieving and managing team KPIs, reviewing sales and production workload, and planning sales floor time for networking. The Framing Manager also manages inventory processes, executes shrink and safety programs, and serves as Manager on Duty (MOD). Additionally, the role involves assisting with interviewing, on-boarding, coaching, observing, and training new Team members, supporting Talent Development activities, and participating in Performance Management. The manager partners with other MODs daily on framing expectations and promotes a positive, respectful work environment aligned with the organization's vision and values.
