About The Position

The Framing Manager will lead and coach a team of framers, focusing on building customer relationships and creating framing solutions for their art. This role is responsible for driving custom framing sales and assisting customers in creating memorable framing solutions. The Manager will also assist the Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Company programs, ensuring compliance with laws and requirements, and holding the team accountable for store conditions and results. Additionally, the role involves developing and coaching selling behaviors, leading the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions on time, achieving KPIs, and managing the framing team to achieve their role KPIs. The Manager will review sales and production workload, build plans, and manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs. This position also serves as Manager on Duty (MOD) and assists with interviewing, on-boarding, coaching, observing, and training new team members, supporting talent development, and participating in performance management activities. The Framing Manager partners with other MODs daily on framing expectations and interacts positively and respectfully with others, promoting organizational vision and values. Responsibilities include participating in truck un-loads and stocking processes, following SOPs, ensuring a safe environment, acknowledging customers, assisting with Omni channel processes, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Company programs to ensure compliance to applicable laws and requirements; ensure execution of Company policies and standards; hold team accountable for store conditions and results
  • Develop and coach the team selling behaviors
  • Leads the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to our customers on time by planning workload in partnership with the Store Manager
  • Achieve your KPI’s and manage the framing team to achieve their role KPI’s
  • Review sales and production workload and build plans and sales floor time for networking.
  • Manage and execute the inventory management processes as assigned
  • Manage and execute shrink and safety programs.
  • Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD)
  • Assist with interviewing, on-boarding, coaching, observing and training of new Team members; support with Talent Development activities; participate in Performance Mgmt. activities of your team; utilize the leadership competencies for continued self-development
  • Partners with MOD’s daily on the expectations of framing and other framers.

  • Participate in the truck un-load and stocking processes to ensure truck standards are followed and completed within budget
