The Framing Manager leads and coaches a team of framers, focusing on building customer relationships and creating framing solutions for their art, while also driving custom framing sales. This role involves assisting customers in creating memorable framing solutions and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and company programs. The manager is responsible for developing selling behaviors, delivering high-quality custom framing solutions on time, achieving KPIs, managing inventory, and executing shrink and safety programs. They also serve as Manager on Duty (MOD), assist with team member development, and partner with other MODs on daily expectations. The role requires interacting positively and respectfully with others, promoting the organization's vision and values, and serving as a role model. Additionally, the Framing Manager participates in truck unloads and stocking, follows SOPs, and assists with Omni channel processes.
