The Framing Manager leads and coaches a team of framers, focusing on building customer relationships and creating framing solutions for their art. This role drives custom framing sales and assists customers in creating memorable framing solutions. The Manager on Duty (MOD) assists the Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements. They ensure the execution of Company policies and standards and hold the team accountable for store conditions and results. This role involves developing and coaching team selling behaviors, leading the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions on time by planning workload in partnership with the Store Manager, and achieving KPIs. The manager reviews sales and production workload, builds plans and sales floor time for networking, and manages inventory, shrink, and safety programs. They also participate in interviewing, on-boarding, coaching, observing, and training new team members, supporting Talent Development and Performance Management activities, and utilizing leadership competencies for self-development. The Framing Manager partners with MODs daily on framing expectations and interacts positively and respectfully with others, promoting organizational vision and values. They participate in truck un-load and stocking processes, follow SOPs, and ensure a safe environment. Additionally, they acknowledge customers, help locate products, provide solutions, and assist with Omni channel processes. Other duties as assigned.
