The Framing Manager leads and coaches a team of framers, focusing on building customer relationships and creating custom framing solutions for their art. This role drives custom framing sales and assists customers in creating memorable framing solutions. The position involves assisting the Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Company programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and requirements, and holding the team accountable for store conditions and results. The manager is responsible for developing and coaching team selling behaviors, leading the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions on time by planning workload, and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for themselves and the team. They will also manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs, serve as Manager on Duty (MOD), and participate in talent development activities, including interviewing, on-boarding, coaching, and performance management. The role requires daily interaction with other MODs regarding framing expectations and maintaining positive, respectful interactions, promoting organizational vision and values, and serving as a role model. Responsibilities also include participating in truck un-loads and stocking, following SOPs, ensuring a safe environment, assisting customers, and performing other duties as assigned.
