This role involves leading and coaching a team of framers to build customer relationships and create framing solutions for their art, while also driving custom framing sales. The Framing Manager will assist customers in creating memorable framing solutions and will partner with the Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Company programs. This includes ensuring compliance with laws and requirements, executing Company policies, and holding the team accountable for store conditions and results. The position also focuses on developing selling behaviors, delivering high-quality custom framing solutions on time, achieving KPIs, managing sales and production workload, and executing inventory, shrink, and safety programs. The Framing Manager will also serve as Manager on Duty (MOD), assist with interviewing, on-boarding, coaching, and training new team members, and participate in talent development and performance management activities. They will interact positively with others, promote organizational values, and serve as a role model. Responsibilities also include participating in truck un-loads and stocking, following SOPs, assisting customers, and performing other duties as assigned.
