The Framing Manager leads and coaches a team of framers, focusing on building customer relationships and creating framing solutions for their art, while also driving custom framing sales. This role involves assisting customers in creating memorable framing solutions and ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs. The manager is responsible for developing team selling behaviors, delivering high-quality custom framing solutions on time, achieving KPIs, managing inventory, and executing shrink and safety programs. They also serve as Manager on Duty (MOD), participate in talent management activities, and partner with other MODs daily. The role requires interacting positively and respectfully with others, promoting organizational vision and values, and serving as a role model. Additionally, the Framing Manager assists with truck unloads and stocking, follows SOPs, acknowledges customers, helps locate products, provides solutions, and assists with Omni channel processes. Other duties as assigned.
