This role focuses on building customer relationships by creating memorable framing solutions for their art. The associate will assist customers in navigating the store and finding desired products, while also ensuring a safe, clean, and organized environment. Key activities include adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs, embracing personal designer by using Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships and create custom framing solutions, and achieving sales and production goals. The associate will complete framing orders with high quality and on time, maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, and deliver friendly customer service. They will also support shrink and safety programs, interact positively with others, participate in truck un-loading and stocking, operate the cash register with proper cash handling, acknowledge customers, assist with Omni channel processes, and perform other assigned duties.
