Requirements

Previous framing or general construction experience preferred.
Ability to read construction drawings is a plus.
Experience using common carpentry hand and power tools.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying conditions.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Frame walls, partitions, floors, and ceilings according to construction plans.
Install floor joists, subfloors, decking, roof trusses, rafters, and sheathing.
Frame door and window openings with proper structural support.
Install structural beams, posts, and other framing components.
Build stair systems and install exterior wall sheathing and house wrap.
Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
Take accurate measurements and layout markings.
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite while working with your crew to meet production schedules.
