This role focuses on building customer relationships by creating memorable framing solutions for their art. The Framer will assist customers in shopping the store, help them find what they need, and maintain a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment. The position involves adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs, executing personal designer strategies to build customer relationships and deliver custom framing solutions, and meeting sales and production goals. The Framer is responsible for completing framing orders with high quality and on time, maintaining the ready-made frame department and assigned areas, and delivering friendly customer service. They will also participate in truck unloads and stocking, operate the cash register with proper cash handling, assist with Omni channel processes, and perform other assigned duties.
