This role involves building customer relationships by creating memorable framing solutions for their art. The Frame Shop Manager will help customers find what they need, ensure a safe and clean environment, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs. The position requires delivering sales and production results, acting in a lead capacity in the absence of the Framing Manager, and training other team members. The manager will also support the Framing Manager in driving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) achievement, completing framing orders with quality and on time, and maintaining the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas. Additionally, the role includes providing friendly customer service, ensuring a well-merchandised and in-stock store, and executing a fast and friendly checkout experience while adhering to cash handling standards. The manager will also support shrink and safety programs, interact positively with others, and participate in truck un-loads and stocking processes.
