About The Position
Cabinetworks Group is the U.S.’s second largest cabinetry manufacturer, with offices and manufacturing facilities across the country. Our 18 cabinetry brands represent an extensive range of framed, frameless, and inset cabinetry products. The Waconia facility is home to the Medallion brand. This role is responsible for picking and stocking cabinet face frames per ticket instructions, sorting and attaching tickets to products, operating a saw to cut face frames to specific sizes, performing control point checks for defects, completing necessary paperwork, and communicating with various departments and personnel. Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Must be able to read tickets to pick product correctly.
- Ability to use saw equipment.
- Strong focus on safety and quality.
- Able to work in a team environment with the ability to accept change in daily activities.
- Must demonstrate the ability to be self directed and be detail oriented.
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Must be able to read a tape measure.
- Ability to identify the different wood species and door styles.
Responsibilities
- Pick and stock cabinet face frames per ticket instructions.
- Sort and attach tickets to products.
- Operate saw to cut face frame into specific sizes per ticket instructions.
- Perform control point check to ensure no defects.
- Completion of necessary paperwork and documentation.
- Communication with various departments and personnel.
- Other duties as assigned.
