The Frame Manager leads and coaches a team of framers, focusing on building customer relationships and creating framing solutions for their art. This role drives custom framing sales and assists customers in creating memorable framing solutions. The Frame Manager also assists the Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Company programs, ensuring compliance with laws and requirements, and holding the team accountable for store conditions and results. They develop and coach selling behaviors, lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions on time by planning workload, and achieve their KPIs while managing the framing team to achieve their role KPIs. The role involves reviewing sales and production workload, building plans and sales floor time for networking, managing inventory, and executing shrink and safety programs. The Frame Manager serves as Manager on Duty (MOD), assists with interviewing, on-boarding, coaching, observing, and training new team members, supports Talent Development activities, participates in Performance Management activities, and utilizes leadership competencies for self-development. They partner with MOD’s daily on expectations for framing and other framers, interact positively and respectfully, promote organizational vision and values, and serve as a role model. The position also includes participating in truck un-load and stocking processes, following SOPs, ensuring a safe environment, acknowledging customers, assisting with Omni channel processes, and performing other duties as assigned.
