Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the fragrance industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • General knowledge of different fragrance brands.
  • Exceptional active listening, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships through active listening, genuine engagement, and professional, empathetic communication.
  • Provide exceptional clientele service by addressing inquiries, solving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Offer elevated self‑care services and experiential touchpoints to every client.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of our luxury fragrance portfolio, including scent composition, brand story, and usage recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with new fragrance launches to provide accurate, relevant, and inspiring product guidance.
  • Educate clients on fragrance families, scent profiles, and product benefits.
  • Guide clients in discovering the perfect fragrance for every mood or occasion.
  • Provide tailored product recommendations and offer samples to enhance client engagement.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs provided by Rennaï and aligned with the Brand Experience Ambassador expectations.
  • Drive conversion, units per transaction (UPT), and sales per hour (SPH) performance to achieve counter and store targets.
  • Open new client profiles and capture client data with accuracy to support personalization and future engagement.
  • Leverage CRM tools to build, track, and nurture strong client relationships.
  • Conduct follow‑ups, outreach, and tailored communication to encourage repeat visits and foster long‑term loyalty.
  • Support event activations, promotional moments, and brand initiatives by actively booking clients and reaching assigned event targets.
  • Champion and help execute new product launches, ensuring compelling storytelling and strong product visibility.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve total brand counter goals and contribute to a positive, high‑performance environment.
  • Uphold Rennaï’s values, service standards, and luxury retail aesthetics in every interaction.
  • Successfully achieve department and brand goals through confident communication of product value and exceptional service delivery.
  • Utilize interpersonal skills to upsell, cross‑sell, and tailor recommendations to each client’s self‑care needs.
