About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the efficient operation of the store. This role involves leading by example, utilizing outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to inspire the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. The position also requires retail flair and cash handling experience for essential start and end-of-day cash reconciliations, with responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis. Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Store.
- Use outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, modeling behaviors for the sales team.
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to achieve all sales and customer service targets.
- Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation.
- Take responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.
