About The Position

We are seeking a long-term fractional Talent Partner to provide year-round recruitment services for Frugé Seafood and J.T. Meleck Distillers. The role involves approximately 20 hires per year, encompassing a variety of positions including sales, operations, and finance (with potential for fractional CFO support). A key aspect of this role is proactive pipeline development to establish a predictable hiring system. The ideal candidate will be U.S.-based, possess strong attention to detail, have experience in building scalable recruiting processes, and ideally be familiar with the food/beverage/CPG or alcohol industries.

Requirements

• U.S.-based.
• Detail-oriented.
• Experienced in building scalable recruiting processes.
• Familiarity with CPG, food/beverage, or alcohol industries is ideal.
• Ability to provide 2 examples of roles hired in CPG, food/beverage, alcohol, or related sectors (e.g., sales, ops, finance).
• Provide typical availability (hours/week).
• Provide rate structure (hourly/retainer).
