Requirements

15+ years of progressive IT leadership; prior CIO, VP of IT, or equivalent experience
Proven success leading cloud transformation, cybersecurity integration, and enterprise modernization
Strong command of data strategy, automation, and emerging technologies
Ability to operate in fractional, advisory, or high-growth environments
Executive presence with the ability to influence board-level stakeholders

Responsibilities

Define and drive technology strategy, digital transformation, and modernization initiatives
Oversee IT operations, cloud migration, infrastructure optimization, and cybersecurity alignment
Partner with C-suite leaders to ensure technology supports enterprise growth and risk posture
Establish governance, vendor management, and scalable operating models
Lead data strategy, automation, and AI-driven innovation
Provide executive-level advisory on budgets, roadmaps, and organizational design
Mentor IT leadership and elevate cross-functional technology maturity
