About The Position

This is a temp-to-full-time position where the FPI Loader will load and unload parts. The role involves inspecting parts for visual defects, loading parts into telesis, verifying parts are marked correctly, and visually inspecting castings per customer requirements while maintaining production flow. The employee will also record scrap and/or production information into Plex and recommend improvements for completing tasks.

Requirements

Experience in a manufacturing setting.
Comfortable in a high heat environment.
Must be able to read and understand work instructions.
Must be able to write and complete required paperwork and enter information into Plex system.
Must have basic math skills - add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
The ability to stand for 8+ hours a day.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Must be willing to submit to a national background check.

Responsibilities

Loading and unloading parts off from the line.
Inspecting parts for visual defects.
Loading parts into telesis and verifying parts marked correctly.
Visually inspect casting per customer requirements while maintaining production flow.
Record scrap and/or production information into Plex.
Recommend improvements for completing task and/or finishing improvement.
