About The Position

CTG is seeking to fill a FPGA Design Engineer position for our client. This is an ongoing contract role that is fully remote. The position involves designing, developing, integrating, and validating FPGA-based systems. Key responsibilities include performing FPGA architecture, digital logic design, coding, simulation, and verification. The role also requires developing and validating high-speed I/O interfaces and communication protocols, supporting system integration, hardware bring-up, testing, and troubleshooting. Collaboration with hardware, software, and systems engineering teams is essential, as is optimizing FPGA timing, performance, power, and resource utilization. The engineer will also support requirements analysis, design reviews, and technical documentation.
