The Assistant Visual Manager supports the selling, service, and operations of the store with an emphasis on merchandising and display to achieve an inspiring and dynamic visual experience and environment for the customer that is founded on fitness, wellness and happiness. This role involves acting as a brand ambassador, creating engaging visual experiences, involving the team in selling and visual initiatives, and taking a forward-thinking approach to customer experience through in-store marketing, merchandising, display, and outfitting. The Assistant Visual Manager also supports event programming, delivers seamless omni-channel shopping experiences, trains the team on store processes and standards, and participates as manager-on-duty. Additionally, the role includes supporting recruiting and onboarding, assessing sales forecasting, managing scheduling and payroll, analyzing business opportunities, collaborating on shipment processing and product placement, adhering to safety standards, and upholding company policies. Communication and relationships are key, fostering an inclusive environment, responding to interoffice communication, providing global insight, and supporting team development.
