About The Position

As a FP&A Tech, OneStream Director, you will lead efforts within our Advisory practice to enhance clients' financial performance and decision-making processes. You will analyze financial data, develop performance metrics, and design frameworks that drive operational efficiency and strategic objectives. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and inspire others to follow, playing a crucial role in driving business growth and shaping client engagements. You are expected to uphold PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion, fostering environments where people and technology thrive together. In this role at PwC, you will provide consulting services related to financial management and strategy, helping clients optimize their financial performance and achieve their goals. You will be responsible for guiding budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, leveraging your skills to identify market gaps and convert opportunities into success for the firm. Your leadership will be instrumental in mentoring the next generation of leaders and actively collaborating across the PwC Network to maximize client satisfaction and scale efficiencies.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 9 years of experience

  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Risk Management/Insurance
  • Preference for at least Prior professional industry or sector experience (i.e., Banking & Capital Markets, Industrials, or Consumer Packaged Goods) is preferred years of experience
  • Demonstrating proficiency in financial management software and data visualization tools
  • Utilizing strategic mindset to drive business growth and innovation
  • Leading complex data analysis to inform executive-level decision-making

Responsibilities

  • Leading the development and implementation of financial performance management frameworks to enhance client decision-making processes
  • Analyzing financial data to develop performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive operational efficiency
  • Designing and optimizing technology solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting
  • Overseeing multiple projects to align with strategic objectives and improve financial outcomes for clients
  • Providing guidance on financial planning processes to support clients in achieving their financial goals
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address financial management challenges
  • Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices in financial management and strategy
  • Cultivating client relationships to drive business growth and maintain PwC's reputation for quality and integrity
