We're looking for a strategic FP&A manager to serve as the finance business partner for our North America GTM organization, supporting Field Sales and Customer Success. This is a manager-level individual contributor role for someone who enjoys influencing business decisions—not just reporting results. You'll partner directly with GTM leadership to connect operational performance to financial outcomes, challenge assumptions, identify growth opportunities, and help shape investment decisions across the business. You'll own forecasting and planning, but success in this role isn't measured by producing reports. It's measured by your ability to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights that improve business performance. If you enjoy working alongside Sales and Customer Success leaders, building scalable financial models, and leveraging AI and automation to spend more time on strategy than reporting, we'd love to meet you.
