This will provide dedicated FP&A support for both Services and Commercial Engines organizations, managing overall strategy and planning cycles for the organization while developing in depth insights to continue to help optimize the organization. Role will report to the product line CFO

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 6 years of finance/accounting experience

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the business cycle- 3 year plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization.
  • Define KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization- mfg., R&D, eng, supply, commissioning.
  • Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.
  • Developing specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field.
  • Serves as best practice/quality resource.
  • Has awareness of latest functional developments in own area.
  • Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensures delivery within area of responsibility.
  • Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others.
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
  • May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.
  • Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus.
  • Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.
