This will provide dedicated FP&A support for both Services and Commercial Engines organizations, managing overall strategy and planning cycles for the organization while developing in depth insights to continue to help optimize the organization. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of 6 years of finance/accounting experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the business cycle- 3 year plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization.
• Define KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization- mfg., R&D, eng, supply, commissioning.
• Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.
• Developing specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field.
• Serves as best practice/quality resource.
• Has awareness of latest functional developments in own area.
• Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensures delivery within area of responsibility.
• Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
• May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.
