About The Position

This is a 3-month internship focused on high-impact support tasks within the Finance department. The intern will primarily support the monthly P&L reporting process, assist with data alignment for SG&A spend and headcount, and help prepare for monthly business reviews. Additionally, the intern will gain exposure to strategic initiatives, including data hygiene for Accounts Receivable, observing process automation from manual spreadsheets to SQL queries, and attending governance meetings related to data controls and Power BI dashboard migrations. The internship aims to provide real-world experience in a global FP&A month-end cycle, exposure to systems thinking and data integrity's impact on financial decisions, and mentorship on professional communication and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, data analytics and information systems or a related field.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet applications.
• Proactive approach to handling large datasets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clear, concise updates.
• High attention to detail.
• Desire to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional setting.
• Full-time availability for Summer 2027.
• Eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. immediately.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly P&L reporting process by preparing templates and performing basic variance analysis (Plan vs. Actual).
• Reconcile SG&A spend and headcount categories to ensure reporting consistency across global functions.
• Assist with the preparation of reporting decks for monthly business reviews, including financial KPIs and business event summaries.
• Assist with data mapping and "clean-up" tasks to support the consolidation of Accounts Receivable datasets.
• Observe the transition of manual spreadsheet workflows into automated SQL queries and participate in logic validation sessions.
• Attend project meetings regarding data controls and Power BI dashboard migrations to understand enterprise-level data governance.
