About The Position

We are looking for a motivated Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Intern who is looking to gain exposure to a broad set of FP&A functions. The ideal candidate will have availability to join in a full-time capacity. This is an opportunity to develop your finance and business skills on the job by assuming responsibilities in a fun environment with access to training, mentoring, and coaching from our Senior Manager of FP&A.

Requirements

Current Business, Finance, or Accounting student
Positive attitude and exhibits initiative, self-motivation, and drive
Flexibility to work on different projects
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
A command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Reliable team player
Super excited to learn new things
Passionate about numbers
Detail oriented
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Financial Systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
Prior work experience with responsibilities in finance or accounting

Responsibilities

Access and download financial data from various sources; pursue automation opportunities for repeatable outputs
Monthly spending and headcount reconciliation, actuals reporting, variance analysis
Trend analysis and financial projections
Prepare standardized and customized reports for Taulia management and other stakeholders
Track performance data and summarize for various audiences
Other ad hoc finance and accounting projects as needed
