Takes responsibility for all general, and overarching and non-specialized financial matters, in order to ensure the achievement of strategic and business goals and target indicators. Guides implementation and/or administration of Finance policies, guidelines, programs and standards, in organization unit(s) assigned. Manages completion of unit´s budget planning, and decides and allocates financial and personnel resources. Acts as advisor to the business accountable management of the unit, in all Finance related issues. Ensures that quality standards for Finance operations and processes are met at all times. Sets up and monitors unit related Finance projects. Initiates improvements and ensures appropriate workflow environment. Liaise with external parties (i.e. vendors, clients) in contractual matters, related to Finance services, within given authority levels. Clarifies cases as an escalation point. Keeps abreast of industry and legal trends. Manages teams of Finance Team Leaders, Professionals and/or Finance operations team(s).
