FP&A Analyst

Johnson Brothers•St. Paul, MN
•$66,293 - $89,353•Hybrid

About The Position

Johnson Brothers is a family-owned, multi-state beverage alcohol distributor headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota. The FP&A Analyst contributes to the monthly and annual finance cycle by consolidating results and plans across markets, producing leadership reporting, and planning and tracking capital spend. This is a reporting and consolidation role with no specific market ownership. The position is hybrid, with work in the office three days per week. The analyst is expected to use AI tools daily to improve productivity while applying judgment and validating that all work is accurate, concise, and aligned with the company’s voice. The role owns the mechanics of recurring processes; final sign-off for consolidation, capital planning, cash flow, and balance sheet reporting remains with the Directors and SVP Finance. The analyst partners with Accounting, market finance managers, and directors to collect inputs and resolve discrepancies. Recurring monthly responsibilities take priority, with ad hoc projects arranged around the finance calendar. The position also offers exposure to RFP P&Ls, market projects, and M&A support as part of a development path toward a Finance Manager role.
