About The Position

Supports corporate financial activities as a financial expert responsible for supporting FP&A, preparation of corporate financial presentations, and divisional support as directed. This role involves analyzing consolidated company financial data, preparing Board reporting packages, and implementing changes or new programs related to the financial operations of the organization. The analyst will also support business plan and forecast coordination, budgetary comparisons, profit analyses, operations reviews, and capital appropriation requests.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience in manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or other related business field required.
• Experience in application of forecasting and analysis techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze information to produce insight that aids in the controlling of actual results versus budgets, forecasts etc.
• Knowledge of US GAAP.
• Must be able to ensure accurate and timely results and work independently.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization effectively and professionally.
• Strong Excel and Power Point specifically, and all other Office products, and strong system skills required.
• Ability to read and write in English, with strong written and personal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and analysis of monthly financial packages for corporate requirements.
• Analyze consolidated company financial data and prepare Board reporting packages.
• Implement or direct implementation of changes, corrections or new programs related to the financial operation of the organizations.
• Support the processes, at the direction of the Director FP&A, related to coordination of business plans and forecasts, budgetary comparisons, profit analyses, operations reviews, capital appropriation requests, and other financially related documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
