About The Position

The Senior Financial Analyst is a critical member of the FP&A organization, serving as a lead owner for financial planning, analysis, and process design supporting Corporate IT and Digital functions. This high‑visibility role partners closely with IT and Finance leadership to drive financial discipline, influence decision‑making, and design scalable, repeatable finance processes that support Regal Rexnord’s long‑term growth. Successful candidates demonstrate the ability to independently own complex financial workstreams, drive change, and create sustainable processes that improve visibility, accountability, and performance across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • 5+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting experience, preferably supporting corporate or IT functions
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with OneStream, Hyperion, BI tools, or similar financial systems

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree in Accounting or MBA preferred
  • CPA preferred
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex analyses and drive outcomes
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and process‑design skills

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead monthly operating reviews, forecasts, and annual planning activities for Corporate IT, with full accountability for accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
  • Partner with IT leadership to set financial targets, monitor performance, and drive corrective actions as needed to remain within plan.
  • Prepare and present monthly actuals, forecasts, and variance analyses with clear insights, risks, opportunities, and recommendations for Finance and IT leadership.
  • Lead analysis of expense and capital drivers, identifying trends and recommending actions that influence near‑ and long‑term outcomes.
  • Own financial evaluation of IT initiatives, including capital investment analysis, ROI development, and funding recommendations.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, decision‑ready insights that directly inform leadership actions.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve long‑term financial processes related to forecasting, budgeting, capital tracking, and IT cost management.
  • Drive standardization, governance, and automation of financial workflows to improve accuracy, efficiency, and auditability.
  • Establish and maintain repeatable methodologies, assumptions, and data structures that scale across planning cycles.
  • Serve as the primary finance partner for cross‑functional initiatives such as intercompany allocations, IT chargebacks, and corporate cost distribution.
  • Lead alignment across FP&A, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders by clarifying ownership, timelines, and expectations.
  • Proactively communicate financial implications, tradeoffs, and impacts to influence outcomes at multiple leadership levels.
  • Own key components of financial governance, internal controls, and policy alignment related to IT spending and capital investment.
  • Identify control gaps and lead remediation efforts through improved processes, documentation, and standard work.
