About The Position

The position is for a Fourth Grade Teacher responsible for teaching English Language Arts (ELA) and Social Studies (SS). All prospective employees must undergo a Level 2 background check, including fingerprinting and checks against various criminal and sexual offender registries, and be deemed eligible by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Elementary (K-6) certification
• Submit to a Level 2 background check
• Be found eligible by the AHCA Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
• Pass statewide criminal history records checks through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement
• Pass national criminal history records checks through the Federal Bureau of Investigation
• Pass local criminal records checks through local law enforcement agencies
• Pass a search of the sexual predator and sexual offender registries of any state resided in during the preceding 5 years
