About The Position
The Lead Fountain Worker contributes to store success by ensuring service experience standards are met and always surpassed during the shift. An additional component of this job is to assist management with daily operating procedures such as maintaining quality store operations, accurately handling cash register transactions, maximizing financial contributions and directing team member development. Bugsy Siegel’s desert dream, the Flamingo, has anchored the Las Vegas Strip since they started rolling dice in 1946. Requirements
- Experience as a Lead Fountain Worker or similar role.
- Ability to handle cash register transactions accurately.
- Skills in directing team member development.
