Fountain Worker Lead -Steady Extra-Starbucks (Caesars palace LV)
About The Position
The lead fountain worker orchestrates their team's breaks and rotates the team members according to the deployment, addresses guest concerns appropriately, communicates any service deviations to the manager, communications any food deviations to the chef and/or manager and performs essential functions on the InfoGenesis terminal. Requirements
- Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner.
- Previous work in a high caliber chef-driven outlet.
- Work in a high volume establishment with the highest of standards and food and beverage knowledge.
- Work requires flexibility to work various shifts.
- Current health card.
- Current alcohol awareness training card (if applicable).
- Must have 6 months previous barista experience.
