Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Commitment to workplace safety and zero harm principles.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a manufacturing or foundry environment.
Familiarity with 6S or similar workplace organization methodologies.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Operate coremaking equipment daily to produce cores using sand, binders, and magnetite for earth-moving equipment attachments, ensuring adherence to production schedules and specifications.
Calibrate core machines to specific ranges to maintain precision and quality in core production.
Inspect cores for defects and confirm that all cores meet required specifications to ensure product reliability and customer satisfaction.
Clean and maintain coremaking equipment and work area, including completing 6S and cleanup activities at the end of each shift to support operational efficiency.
