About The Position

Resolve AI is solving the massive tax of engineering velocity caused by software maintenance and production troubleshooting by building a transformative, truly autonomous AI Production Engineer that investigates and fixes complex system issues end-to-end. Our founders, Spiros Xanthos and Mayank Agarwal, are the core creators of OpenTelemetry and led Splunk Observability, with two successful exits to Splunk and VMware. We have raised over $190M from top-tier investors including Lightspeed, Greylock, DST, Unusual Ventures, and individual backers such as Jeff Dean, Thomas Dohmke, Matt Garman, Reid Hoffman, and Fei-Fei Li.

As the Founding Sourcer, you'll own the top of our GTM hiring funnels while partnering closely with our small but mighty talent team to reach exceptional sellers and customer-facing talent. You'll help build sourcing from zero: the channels, playbooks, tooling and talent maps every future hires will draw on.

Requirements

• 4+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience focused on sales and GTM roles, ideally as an early sourcer at a high-growth B2B startup.
• A track record of filling GTM roles from passive pipelines, with the numbers to show it.
• Familiarity with the enterprise software sales landscape, especially infrastructure, observability, DevOps, security or developer tools.
• Sharp judgment about sales talent. You know what separates a consistent over-achiever from a good interviewer, and you know the signals to look for.
• Enough technical curiosity to understand our product and buyer, so you can tell whether a seller can earn credibility with engineering leaders.
• Fluency with modern sourcing tools and an instinct to automate the repetitive parts.
• A founder mindset: highly autonomous, scrappy, comfortable with ambiguity, and biased toward action.
• Genuine excitement about our mission to transform production operations with AI, and about helping build a world-class GTM team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience building a sales team from its first handful of reps to a scaled, multi-segment org.
• A network among sellers and Solutions Engineers at observability, monitoring and DevOps companies.
• Experience sourcing for AI-native companies or other products sold to technical buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own proactive sourcing across open GTM roles including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Sales Development, and Customer Engineering.
• Build deep talent maps of the sellers who know our buyers best: top performers at observability, DevOps, infrastructure and developer-tools companies who sell to VPs of Engineering, SRE and platform leaders.
• Separate real top performers from good storytellers by researching quota attainment, deal sizes, promotions, tenure and the companies they helped scale.
• Track and share funnel data (reach-outs, response rates, pass-through to onsite) to sharpen targeting and inform hiring decisions as we scale the sales team.
• Grow referral and community channels, including sales communities, and industry events, alongside our talent teams.
