About The Position

7Learnings is the leading AI-powered retail optimization platform. We are Series-B, backed by major European VCs, and growing at a very fast pace. After establishing a market-leading position across Europe, we just closed a Series-B round specifically to fuel our U.S. expansion. We help global retailers like Westwing and Tom Tailor use machine learning to automate pricing and marketing - driving up to a 10% increase in total revenue. Now, we’re building our core U.S. GTM team to capture the world's largest retail market. As our Founding SDR in our NYC Office you are the spearhead of our North American engine. You aren't just making dials; you are working directly with the leadership team to architect the U.S. outbound playbook. This is a high-ownership role where you will run experiments, sharpen our ICP, and define what "great" looks like for our expansion. This is a high-impact role designed to produce our future sales leaders; demonstrate excellence here, and you’ll benefit from an accelerated transition to an AE position.

Requirements

  • Entrepreneur Mindset: You are self-organized, energetic, and don't wait for instructions to take action.
  • Proven Prospector: Experience in B2B SaaS prospecting and a track record of opening doors at strategic accounts.
  • Quick Study: Able to grasp complex AI concepts and translate them into business value for retailers.
  • Resilient: You thrive in the challenge of an early-stage market launch.
  • Communicator: Exceptional English skills and the ability to command attention in a "noisy" digital landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Architecture: Identify and engage C-level executives at major U.S. retailers through creative, multi-channel outbound.
  • Market Intelligence: Develop a deep understanding of retail pain points and articulate our AI’s ROI with precision.
  • Lead Management: Drive outbound prospecting while efficiently nurturing inbound interest.
  • Strategy: Provide feedback to the Growth team to refine our U.S. go-to-market strategy.
  • Scale: Consistently meet and exceed monthly meeting and pipeline targets.
