About The Position

Garman Partners is seeking a highly organized and driven Sales Development Representative to lead our outbound sales and marketing efforts. This role is the tip of the spear for all outreach activities and plays a critical part in generating new opportunities for our President and Practice Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in professional sales, direct exposure to executives, and a clear pathway to career growth within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute outbound marketing sequences across LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach
  • Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day, focusing on MPC calls and Open Opportunity calls
  • Conduct market research to continually fill and maintain a strong outbound funnel
  • Speak confidently with business leaders about who we are, what we do, and how we support clients
  • Schedule high-quality meetings for the President and/or Practice Manager
  • Bring relevant market data and insights to daily internal meetings
  • Use established systems and processes to track outreach, activities, and results
  • Once proven in the role, begin attending sales meetings to learn the full sales process
