About The Position

Backed by Y Combinator and led by a 3x YC founder, this startup is building AI voice operators that handle leasing, maintenance, and tenant communication at scale. The business already has strong early traction, is generating revenue, and is on track for significant growth ahead of a Series A raise within the next 12 months. This is a founding hire where you will own the product experience end to end. This is not a traditional design role. You will design, build, and ship. You will work across product, UX, and engineering to create AI-native experiences used by real customers every day.

Requirements

Strong product thinking with excellent UX judgement
Ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive experiences
Strong visual design instincts and attention to detail
Experience shipping real products, not just prototypes
Comfortable building interfaces using React or a modern web stack
Interest in AI, automation, or conversational interfaces
A clear bias for ownership, speed, and execution

Nice To Haves

Experience with developer tools or internal tools
Experience designing for AI systems or conversational interfaces
Startup or early stage experience

Responsibilities

Own the end to end product experience across voice, UI, and workflows
Design and build AI-native interfaces where humans and agents interact seamlessly
Ship directly into production using modern tools and AI-assisted development
Define product architecture, interaction patterns, and system design
Work closely with the founders and customers to iterate quickly
Drive speed, clarity, and quality across everything you build
