As a Founding Principal, Outcomes, you sit at the intersection of client delivery and product development. You own engagements end-to-end - from scoping the problem with a Fortune 500 CFO to translating what you learn in the field into the next version of our platform. This is not a consulting role with AI bolted on. You're not building decks for a partner to present. You're working directly with C-suite clients, using AI-powered tools to deliver the kind of analysis that used to take teams of six consultants months — in days. And when you're done, you're making the product smarter so the next engagement runs faster. The trains run on time because you make them run. Credibility, confidence, outcomes - that's the job.

Requirements

  • Client delivery experience at MBB, a top-tier PE firm, or an elite operator role - you've owned workstreams, not just supported them
  • Engineering undergraduate background or equivalent technical foundation - you think in systems, not just frameworks
  • Exceptional communication: responsive, organized, crisp. Senior clients trust you immediately
  • Process discipline - you set up the right structures, run things on time, and standardize the experience without being told to
  • Industry agnostic - you understand client problems in a first-class way regardless of vertical

Nice To Haves

  • PE deal team or operator experience - you know what it means to be on the hook for the outcome, not just the analysis
  • Has led an AI product or initiative - not AI-native by requirement, but deeply curious and fast to ramp
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI tools - you reach for them unprompted
  • Entrepreneurial streak - you've built something, started something, or operated somewhere with nowhere to hide

Responsibilities

  • Client delivery. Own client engagements end-to-end.
  • Scope the problem, structure the analysis, deliver the recommendation - powered by our AI platform
  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships; instill confidence that the trains are running on time
  • Discern what clients need from what they ask for - then architect the right MVP, Phase I, Phase II
  • Product feedback loop. Translate field learning into product.
  • Partner with engineering to bring solutions to life; iterate fast, bring it back to the client
  • Hand engineering a spec sheet, not a vague ask - you know what good looks like
  • Be the voice of the client inside the company
  • Scale. Build systems, not just engagements.
  • Standardize the delivery experience as we grow; what you build outlasts any single project
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities at the right moment; grow accounts, not just serve them
  • Team building. Help define what great looks like as we hire the next wave of Client Leads.
