Their platform helps modernize and streamline complex back-office workflows, enabling brokers to operate more efficiently and unlock new insights at scale. Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in high-performance environments (e.g., consulting, investment banking, startups, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in quantitative or operational roles
  • Experience working in fast-paced, unstructured environments
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and execute independently
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • High level of drive, grit, and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at early-stage startups or in founding/operations roles
  • Background in financial modeling, business operations, or revenue operations
  • Experience supporting go-to-market or sales functions
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and GTM workflows
  • Strong academic background from a top-tier university

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale the company’s go-to-market (GTM) operations from the ground up
  • Create and manage outbound systems, including target account lists, CRM workflows, and sales pipelines
  • Plan and execute conference and event strategies end-to-end
  • Develop sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies
  • Design and implement repeatable sales processes and playbooks
  • Support revenue operations including forecasting, pricing models, and pipeline management
  • Collaborate closely with founders and sales teams to drive growth initiatives
  • Take on a wide range of operational responsibilities in a fast-moving startup environment
