About The Position

Our client is an early-stage, venture-backed AI startup building infrastructure for deploying autonomous agents in enterprise environments. Their platform enables organizations to safely deploy AI agents with proper permissions, guardrails, and observability—unlocking meaningful productivity gains. Founded by a repeat founder with a strong track record and backed by top-tier investors, the company is already seeing early product-market fit. With a small, high-performing team, they are now hiring their first dedicated growth leader to drive adoption and scale their go-to-market engine.

Requirements

  • 2–8 years of experience in growth, marketing, or early-stage startup roles
  • Proven experience running multi-channel growth experiments end-to-end
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure and optimize performance
  • Experience creating content for technical or developer-focused products
  • Demonstrated ownership of growth metrics (e.g., signups, activation, engagement)
  • High agency and ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as an early growth hire at a startup (Seed–Series A)
  • Background as a founder or operator with strong ownership mindset
  • Experience in AI, developer tools, or B2B SaaS
  • Experience with video content creation (e.g., Loom, short-form video)
  • Familiarity with growth tooling, analytics, and automation workflows
  • Strong signals of excellence (top schools, rapid promotions, notable companies)

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end growth strategy, including discovery, acquisition, activation, and engagement
  • Build and scale the company’s content engine across channels (video, social, written content)
  • Run rapid growth experiments across multiple channels (YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, paid, partnerships)
  • Design and launch creator and affiliate programs to drive adoption
  • Analyze growth metrics and optimize conversion funnels
  • Become a power user of the product and translate insights into compelling content
  • Build systems and workflows (including AI-driven automation) to scale growth efforts
  • Work closely with founders to define and execute go-to-market strategy
