Midnight Labs builds AI-powered digital rights and brand protection technology. Our products include Midnight AI for enterprise organisations and Ceartas for creators, agencies, and individuals. Our technology continuously monitors millions of websites, marketplaces, social platforms, and search engines, allowing rights holders to protect their revenue, reputation, and intellectual property in real time. We work with some of the world’s largest entertainment companies, sports organisations, talent agencies, and digital brands. As our Founding Account Executive, you'll build the enterprise sales engine at Midnight Labs (The Enterprise offering under Ceartas) from the ground up. This is the opportunity to shape how we sell, who we target, and how we support our largest customers. You'll work directly with founders, collaborate with product and engineering, and own enterprise relationships across entertainment, gaming, sports, and media. You'll inherit existing opportunities and hit the ground running alongside the founder, helping close early deals while simultaneously identifying patterns, establishing a repeatable sales methodology, and building the playbook that scales. You'll also help shape our offering, pricing, and go-to-market positioning as we grow.
