About The Position

Founding Engineer (AI / Product) San Francisco, USA (Remote-Flexible with SF Presence) $170,000 – $250,000 + Equity Revive Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a stealth-mode AI start-up transforming how healthcare providers in the US operate through next-generation, multi-modal AI agents. Backed by $5M in seed funding and already working with large enterprise customers in the healthcare sector, this business is building a platform that automates complex workflows across voice, browser, and API-driven systems. Requirements

• 1–4 years experience as a Product / Full Stack Engineer
• Strong coding ability in Python, TypeScript, or Go
• Experience shipping products or features end-to-end with real user impact
• Background in high-growth startups or strong brand-name environments
• Strong ownership mindset, proactive, ambitious, and product-focused

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to AI, LLMs, or agent-based systems (preferred but not essential)

Responsibilities

• Build and ship multi-modal AI agents across browser, voice, text, and API integrations
• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand workflows and deliver real-world impact
• Design and implement evaluation frameworks to measure and improve agent performance
• Build core infrastructure including orchestration, memory, and reasoning layers
• Own product features end-to-end, from concept through to deployment
• Contribute to platform strategy, identifying patterns across customers and scaling solutions
