As a Founding Engineer at AI Company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical architecture and product direction of the company. You'll work directly with state-of-the-art LLMs and voice systems to develop, evaluate, and deploy advanced conversational AI solutions. Requirements

1 - 4 years of experience as a full stack, backend, or forward deployed engineer
Experience at high quality startups
Ideal Candidate has 1-3 YoE at high caliber startup
Has worked with product design and and customer interaction
Founder / Founding Engineer Experience
Technical Degree from top 20 CS school
Experience with TypeScript, React, Python, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, AWS
Previous experience with prompt engineering or working with AI/LLM-based platforms.
Amazing problem solver with enthusiasm for addressing technical challenges
Self-motivated and able to work independently
