About The Position
Fleetline writes optimization algorithms for large trucking companies. After a recent spike in contracted customers, we are now expanding the team and looking for founding engineers. We are a lean, welcoming, and dedicated founding team with the expectation for every person in the company to genuinely care about the vision and each other. We are backed by a large seed round from top investors like BoxGroup, Base10, and more.
Requirements
- Experience at top startups or big tech companies, or is an ex-founder/founding engineer, or someone who obsesses over side projects (deployed and live, ideally).
- Comfortable with Python/Typescript.
- Grinders, intelligent, and good at moving quickly.
Responsibilities
- Willing to do any technical task to push the team forward, from long-term product vision to integration work.
- Comfortable with being forward deployed, including talking to clients, figuring out their pain points and priorities, and using that information to solve their problems.
- Ships code fast and often; is not a perfectionist.
- Is an extremely hard worker when in a strong team environment and working on a vision they care about.
