Requirements
- A strong generalist engineer who has a proven track record of shipping production-ready systems and finishing complex side projects.
- Experience building with LLMs and agents, with a deep understanding of memory orchestration, tool use, and reliable AI behavior.
- A product-minded, autonomous builder who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to use AI tools to accelerate their own workflow.
Responsibilities
- Architect a sophisticated memory system that uses digital footprints to build deep psychological profiles of users.
- Design and implement a morphing UI that personalizes the entire interface experience based on individual user needs and behaviors.
- Build and maintain robust evaluation frameworks to measure real-world behavior change and ensure the AI provides meaningful mentorship.
